If you are a vegetarian or like to skip meat/fish sometimes (like we do), you need to know Green Kitchen Stories. The pictures are beautiful, there's always a nice intro or story and you kind of have to try the recipes straight away.
So that's why I bring you Grilled Beet Burgers. Burgers are always fun to make and eat. Who doesn't like burgers? I especially love experimenting with veggie burgers. The combinations are endless! Also it helps remove some of the guilt since these don't have anything in common with the common fast food offerings. You can add any toppings you would like. We used avocado, carrots and radish sprouts.
And although I don't mind not having any bread with it, no burger is complete without chips. Here's the other find: Cheesy Kale Chips. They are delicious and really deliver that cheesy taste. Since I have some leftover sauce, I'll make another batch today :)
