- fresh mint
- sugar (I like to use turbinado sugar)
- soda water
Crush together a handful of mint leaves, 2 teaspoons of sugar and half a lime in a glass. Add plenty of ice cubes and soda water. Stir well to blend the paste with the water.
Pretty easy, right? And really delicious! I find it really refreshing, which is always welcome in Singapore. Also, there's no rhum in this version, so you can have it all day long.
